About

Since graduating in 2012, I’ve worked for businesses small and large across the country. I’ve worked in many capacities, helping businesses modernise their processes, helping startups get off the ground and more frequently I’ve simply offered ongoing support and maintenance to existing businesses.

My experience is not limited to any particular sector, I’ve worked in e-commerce a lot but I’ve also worked for Web Agencies offering support to a wide range of sectors including Government, Banking and media.

My main passion as a developer is simply making processes work more efficiently. Whether that’s through improving the speed and response times of an app/website, or whether it’s reducing the man hours required to complete a task, it’s something I’m driven by. I’m available on a Freelance or Contract basis and I’m currently based in Gateshead, just outside of Newcastle. For clients who aren’t local, I’m more than happy to work on a remote basis.

As well as being a freelance PHP developer, I also like to try my hand at blogging. Although, predictable as it may be, my blog is development related. If you are interested, feel free to check out WeebTutorials. Additionally, you can find some code samples on my GitHub account.
